Artist Bio:

Terri Haley has over 35 years’ experience performing and teaching percussion around the United States. Ms. Haley was involved in drum and bugle corps for 11 years, as a member of the Marion Cadets, Velvet Knights, Blue Devils and as instructor/arranger for the Velvet Knights, Troopers and Seattle Cascades. During her tenure with the Blue Devils, Ms. Haley was inducted into the Blue Devils Hall of Fame.

Ms. Haley has written for and instructed open and world class independent and high school indoor drumlines, marching band drumlines, and various percussion ensembles nationwide. Along with multiple ensembles in Las Vegas, NV, some of these groups include the Blue Knights, Carmel High School, Rancho Bernardo HS, Hawthorne HS, Dartmouth High School and sageV Percussion.

As an active, long-time member of the Percussive Arts Society, Ms. Haley has given many workshops and presentations at PAS International Conventions. She has served as marching chair of the Health & Wellness Committee, Vice President of the PAS Nevada chapter, and has multiple published articles and percussion exercises in the PAS International Journal and Percussive Notes, respectively.

Terri Haley earned a B.S. degree in Nuclear Medicine, a B.A. and M.M. in Percussion Performance from the University of Nevada—Las Vegas. Ms. Haley is currently an instrumental music teacher within the Clark County School District, a freelance percussionist and teaches out of her percussion studio in Henderson, NV.
