Banded Story:

I started having success in middle school with school and region auditions. From those moments, it became who I was in school. Though my path in music has changed, from teaching public school, to freelancing, to back to teaching, along with getting to perform with some amazing groups, my life and career has always been based around music.

Artist Bio:

Joe Beam is currently the Music Program Coordinator at Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, he served as the Percussion Director for the John Cooper School. He teaches masterclasses around the Houston area from middle schools to the collegiate level.

Joe keeps a busy performance schedule playing regularly with the Houston Symphony Pops, Theatre Under the Stars, Christ the King Presbyterian, and various other freelance gigs.
