Banded Story:

After marching in the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps between my junior and senior years of high school, I realized that music had become a major part of my life and that I didn't want to stop playing after I graduated. That thought prompted me to apply to only one school, Rice University, as a music major, and I was fortunate enough to be accepted. Attending Rice permanently altered my life path, as I fell in love with the orchestra there and never looked back.
