Professor of percussion instruments at University of Niš, Serbia Principal timpanist of Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and No Borders Orchestra Composer and Music Producer. Master of Music. Classical, Jazz, R&R and World Music performing and recording artist with over 30 years experience with major world conductors and soloists including: Zubin Mehta, Montserrat Caballe, Mstislav Rostropovich, Sir Neville Marriner, Alexander Rahbari, Krzysztof Penderecki, Jose Carreras, Andrea Bocelli, Boris Berezovsky, Julian Rachlin, Mischa Maisky, Andrei Gavrilov, Sarah Chang, Kristijan Mandeal and Joe Zawinul, among others. Some of the bands are Old Stars Band, Balkanopolis, Rennesaince, Musica Antiqua, Modern Music Ensemble, Odjila and so on. Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the most interesting Europe orchestras in last 15 years looking for it’s place among the best. This is one of the very few orchestras with its own distinctive sound. No Borders Orchestra is symphony orchestra comprised of the best professional musicians from ex-Yugoslavia region. Besides artistic, NBO has educational, strong social and political significance. It is based on deconstruction of stereotypes, overcoming nationalism, racism, xenophobia and the gory legacy from the past. Professor of percussion instruments, chamber music and music performance with twenty years experience. Coaching and mentoring students and professors (soloists, chamber ensembles, bands and orchestras) during recording process in studio, helping them to improve musical performance. Editing, mixing and mastering recorded material. At the moment moving more towards solo career and chamber music.
